Kary Beaman has been teaching people to fish and helping organizations make it happen for nearly 20 years.- As a Corporate Trainer, she’s spent thousands of hours facilitating classes and workshops.
- A former Training and Development Manager, she’s built numerous courses and workshops from the ground up – from idea to implementation online and in person.
- As a Counselor and Mentor, Kary is experienced in the difficult, “How do I… and how can I?” conversations.
- As a working parent, she knows firsthand the juggling act of marriage, parenthood, work and civic service.

- CPLP - Certified Professional in Learning and Performance. This designation is earned by professionals who have passed an assessment of nine key areas including designing learning, facilitation, career planning and talent management. Recipients have also submitted for review a work product representative of a chosen area of expertise.
